Weekly rainfall update + rainfall outlook 13 September 2023

A COLD front moved across south-eastern states during the week and brought showers and thunderstorms in the south.

An upper trough in the east brought showers and thunderstorms early in the week in south-eastern Queensland and north-eastern New South Wales before moving offshore.

The low pressure system moved through Bass Strait resulting in gusty cold winds and showers in in Victoria and Tasmania through the end of the week with some snowfalls above 600 m.
