With the inclimate weather Roma Agents yarded 3,254 head.
Cattle were drawn from NSW, far Western Queensland and the local supply district.
The regular processors in attendance and strong on the better finished bullocks and cows and bulls. Feedlotters and backgrounders also opting to purchase the better runs of steers and heifers.
The market showed improvement of 50c/kg and considerably more in places.
Light weight yearling steers under 200kg returning to the paddock made to 434c to average 391c/kg. Yearling steers under 280kg averaged 399c topping at 458c/kg….
