Mike Pearson examines the ruling out of the U.S. District Court in Arizona Feb. 6 that revoked the registration of Dicamba for use on cotton and soybeans.

The ruling removed the registration from three popular herbicides:

The three herbicides were part of a new class of herbicides that made the Dicamba less prone to drift.

Farmers are unable to apply any of those chemistries which is a problem because many farmers have already decided and purchased their chemicals and seeds for the 2024 planting season, which is frustrating the farmers.
