THE recent deterioration in value of the Australian dollar has added further operating cost headwinds for Australian lotfeeders seeking to replace expensive overseas-made equipment.
The A$ sank to around US62c in value late last week, continuing a recent rapid decline, and back about 16 percent in value on this time last year.
