Competition is the very basis of what the livestock industry is built on, and it is what we’re going to have to have going forward if we want to stay valid, Justin Tupper, president of U.S. Cattlemen’s Association (USCA), stated during the USDA Agricultural Outlook Forum session “Contracting and Concentration in Livestock Markets.”
