All the usual export buyers were in attendance and operating on reduced prices in the cow section.
Light weight yearling steers and heifers returning to the paddock averaged 25c to 30c/kg less. Yearling steers to feed were firm to marginally cheaper. Yearling heifers to feed were firm to 8c/kg cheaper and more in places.
A short supply of heavy grown steers and bullocks experienced a small improvement.
Cows could not maintain the levels of the previous week and lost 10c to 15c/kg and more in places.
