Equity and transparency needed in any new biosecurity levy, says Cattle Australia

THE Federal must show a genuine commitment to consultation on any new biosecurity levy, grassfed producer body Cattle Australia says.

As one of 50 signatories from agricultural producer representative groups to a recent letter sent to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Cattle Australia called for an immediate and urgent reversal of the fundamentally flawed tax on producers while serious flaws are addressed.
