China is the second most populous country in the world, a home to 20 percent of the world’s population and limited on the land.
China has passed a law to become self sufficient in grain by the year 2032. While it has gained grain production 12x over, it is still considered right.
However, the country does continue to modernize and promote the new law for self sufficiency. The new law will protect 500,000 acres of land.
