Mike Pearson examines the latest survey out by the American Farm Bureau that shows the cost of Thanksgiving dinner is down this year.
According to the annual survey, thsi year’s dinner for 10 people will cost $61.17 or about $6.12 per guest.
That’s a four and half percent delcine from 2022 due to the price of turkey declining.
However, the total cost remains about 25 percent higher than 2019 before Coronavirus hit.
The survey was conducted Nov. 1-Nov. 6 across all states with volunteer shoppers.
