The American Farm Bureau Federation fought it at the Supreme Court.
However, the farm bureau says the work isn’t done yet. Now, the farm bureau is working to address the challenges created by Proposition 12.
Work is underway now to to include a federal pre-emption in the upcoming farm bill in the miscellaneous section.
