Grain growers will the box seat this harvest if they are able to get their harvesters on to paddocks as the season tightens, according to leading Victorian farmer Brett Hosking.
Speaking on this week’s instalment of The Australian Ag Podcast’s Over The Fence series, Mr Hosking said while there was “plenty of moisture underneath the crops” on his farm at Quambatook “we would love just that little bit of rain to give us the confidence going into the tail-end of the season”.
