Since its move from Salmon Gums to Esperance was completed in 1987, PH Kerr & Co operated from two premises there. This is its first premises just before it moved around the corner to Gilpin Street. Apart from Massey Ferguson, Fendt and Challenger tractors, it also sold CLAAS machines for some years.
