Heavier cattle for processors reached the highest prices of Wednesday’s sale, topped by a pen of heavy Droughtmaster cows offered by FJ O’Brien, which sold for 288 cents a kilogram or $2017 a head, while heavy Senepol steers from IP and L Armstrong, which made 333c/kg or $2030/hd.
