SOUTHERN Queensland beef brand Stockyard has been awarded the Champion Beef Medal at the 2023 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards.
The company’s Stockyard Gold entry beat 33 other entrants to secure the coveted award. Stockyard Gold had previously won a gold medal in the grain fed category, scoring 95.1 out of a possible 100 points.
