MOVING more rapidly towards sustainability through the use of data and collaboration along the food supply chain was a recurring theme at Rabobank’s enormous Farm2Fork agriculture Summit held on Sydney Harbour yesterday.
The event brought together 1600 of Rabo’s stakeholders from across the Australian and New Zealand food and fibre supply chains, plus a contingent of 40 US primary producers completing a fortnight-long tour to Australia hosted by the lender.
