DURING the week ending 27 November, widespread showers and thunderstorms impacted much of northern and eastern Australia as a series of surface troughs and upper low pressure systems combined with hot, humid and unstable air.
Isolated thunderstorms impacted Queensland, New South Wales and parts of South Australia and the Northern Territory, this was also associated with heavy rainfall and flash flooding in some areas.
Later in the week, a low pressure system brought showers and isolated thunderstorms to South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania.
