A LOW pressure trough brought humid and unstable air to coastal New South Wales and south-eastern Queensland, with showers and thunderstorms resulting in weekly totals of 25–100 mm and locally higher totals along the New South Wales South Coast.
Weekly rainfall totals of 25–50 mm were recorded in the northern Kimberley of Western Australia and adjoining areas of the Northern Territory from storms overnight on 6 November.
